Temperature measurement process in open air is greatly influenced by temperature, light and terrestrial radiation. The ensemble of an appropriate screen and air intake in conjunction with an electric motor enables detection and measurement of air temperature without any effect of solar radiation and terrestrial heat. The convention screen houses an internal position sensor such that radiation invest the sensor. The screen is constructed such that it minimizes error of temperature and convective air flow so as to prevent stagnation or stratification.
